Announcement of winners is on September 3, 2009 There is no limit in the number of photographs that an individual may submit. Entries must comply with all entry requirements as follows: The photograph, in its entirety, must be a single work of original material taken by the contestant. By entering the contest, the contestant represents, acknowledges and warrants that the submitted photograph is an original work created solely by the contestant and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the photograph, nor does the photograph substantially take from or imitate the work of someone else. KFC reserves the right to reject photos that are deemed to have obscene, provocative or otherwise objectionable content. Approved photos will be uploaded to www.kfcbof.com within 24 hours upon submission. Photos may or may not be taken inside a KFC store. Photo manipulation is allowed (i.e. multiple exposures, composting, brightness/contrast adjustment, etc.) Submitted photos may be colored or monochromatic (sepia, black and white, etc.) KFC Philippines has the right to reproduce, exhibit, publish or use the winning entries (Grand winner and Minor winners) for promotional or publication purposes without remuneration of any kind effective 15 months from the announcement of winners. Non-winning entries will not be used for promotional or publication purposes by KFC Philippines without the permission of the contestant. Due acknowledgement will be given to the contestant every time a photograph is used. Who Can Join The contest is open to all KFC customers. Employees of KFC Philippines and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising & promotional agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified. Claiming of Prizes All winners will be notified through phone and email and registered mail by KFC. The Grand prize winner and Metro Manila winners shall claim their prizes at the KFC Head Office in QC. Winners outside Metro Manila can arrange for prizes to be delivered to nearby KFC restaurants. Winners must present the notification mail and 2 valid IDs to claim prizes. Authorized representatives may claim prizes by presenting the above mentioned requirements, a letter of authorization, and 2 valid IDs. Winners below 18 years of age, have to be with their legal guardians to claim prizes (whom likewise needs to present valid IDs.) A participant can win only once, if a name wins more than once, he gets the bigger prize. All prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash. KFC Philippines shall pay 20% TAX for prizes exceeding P10,000.00 Prizes not claimed within 60 days after notification are forfeited in favor of KFC with prior DTI approval. All winners, during redemption of prizes, will be asked to sign a RECEIPT FORM indicating that their prizes have been claimed. The potential and/or valid winners’ name and/or photos from the contest may be, at the discretion of KFC, be posted on TV commercials, announced on TV or radio stations, or printed in other form of marketing collaterals. By entering this promotion, the participating subscribers agree to this term. The winners shall authorize KFC Philippines to use their names and pictures for publicity purposes without this conferring any remuneration, right or benefit of any kind other than the award of their prize.
